Smarten Software announces partnership with leading European IT service company
Smarten Software and Atos Italy develop customer care and billing solution for voice and IP services operator
ISP 2000, Amsterdam March 15, 2000 -- Smarten Software, a leading European
publisher of customer care and billing software for internet service providers,
announces today that Atos Italy and Smarten have entered into a partnership in
the field of customer care and billing systems.
The companies' first project is to develop a customer care and billing system
for an as yet undisclosed Italian voice and IP services operator. The new system
will involve management of data concerning voice and IP services, invoicing and
Web presentation. Complementing Smarten's proven expertise in customer care and
billing for ISPs, Atos Italy maintains a special Telco Business Unit comprising
250 people dedicated to the development of systems for Customer and Billing and
Network services.
